Warranty Policy
* Warranty, complaints and service
- Note - for companies and registered resellers, the spare parts guarantee applies: 6 months from the date of purchase. Test displays before sticking! The guarantee does not apply to a used part that has not been modified in an authorised service.
- The warranty period for goods (spare parts) is 6 months from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract, unless a different warranty period is specified for specific cases, and runs from the date of receipt of the goods and confirmation of the necessary documents relating to the goods. By an authorised person.
- The purchaser is obliged to lodge a complaint with the seller immediately after discovering the defect, failing which the purchaser forfeits his right to the seller to rectify the defect free of charge.
- The buyer has the right to request a guarantee from the seller only for goods that have defects caused by the manufacturer, supplier or seller, that are covered by the guarantee and that were purchased from the seller.
- During the warranty period, the purchaser has the right to eliminate the defect free of charge after presenting the goods, including accessories, documentation and instructions, to an authorised representative of the seller accompanied by proof of payment or a letter of warranty and a brief description of the defect.
- The right to warranty expires in the event that the defect has been caused by mechanical damage to the goods caused by the purchaser, mishandling of the product, failure to report obvious defects on receipt of the goods, use of the goods in unsuitable conditions. Corresponding to their humidity, chemical and mechanical effects on the natural environment of the goods, lack of maintenance of the goods, damage to the goods caused by excessive loading or use contrary to the conditions indicated in the documentation, general principles, technical standards or safety rules or any other breach of the warranty conditions. Defects caused by natural disasters and the expiry of the product warranty period are also excluded from the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the item (or its parts) caused by use. A shorter lifespan of the product cannot therefore be considered a defect and cannot give rise to any claim.
- Warning: The spare part is intended to be replaced by a specialist. In the event of a complaint, we require confirmation from the service centre that the replacement has been carried out by a trained professional. Otherwise, the complaint will not be accepted. Remove the protective films only after testing the part to see if it works.
- Test before gluing! If the part has been installed, mechanical damage is not covered by the warranty.

MAHDI HOLDING sro. is only liable for defects caused by goods purchased from us on equipment serviced in authorised service centres or directly in our company. MAHDI HOLDING sro. is not liable for defects in equipment which has not been repaired by us or by an authorised service centre.
- Unless otherwise specified by the seller, goods claimed must be returned registered and insured (not cash on delivery) to the address of the company's registered office.
- The seller or a person appointed by the seller will provide the buyer with confirmation of the application of the complaint relating to the goods in an appropriate form chosen by the seller, e.g. by e-mail or in writing. If it is not possible to deliver the confirmation immediately, it must be delivered without undue delay, but at the latest accompanied by a document relating to the processing of the complaint.
- The seller is obliged to determine the method of handling the complaint within 7 days from the start of the complaint procedure (the day of receipt of the goods complained of), in justified cases, in particular if a complex technical assessment of the condition of the goods is required. required no later than 30 days from the date of the start of the complaint procedure. After determining the method of processing the complaint, the seller or the person appointed by him will process the complaint immediately; in justified cases, the complaint may be processed at a later date. However, the processing of the claim must not take longer than 30 days from the date of the claim. After expiry of the period for processing the complaint, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract or to exchange the goods for new goods.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not mechanical damage
- A mechanically damaged spare part cannot be claimed.
- With non-original spare parts (marked as OEM, INCELL or OUTCELL), a slower response of the touch surface or incorrect colour display is possible. Complaints do not apply to such problems. Original manufacturer parts are marked as "Original" or "Service Pack".
Buyer's rights in the event of a complaint :
- In the event of a defect in the goods which can be removed, the buyer is entitled to have this defect removed free of charge, in good time and in an appropriate manner. The seller decides on the method of rectifying the defect and is obliged to rectify the defect without undue delay. Instead of having the defect rectified (repair), the purchaser may demand that the defective item be replaced by a defect-free item, provided that this does not result in unreasonable costs for the seller, taking into account the price of the goods or the seriousness of the defect.
- In the event of an irreparable defect in the goods that prevents the item from being used for its intended purpose, the buyer has the right either to exchange the item or to cancel the contract (refund).
- In the event that the article simultaneously presents at least three different removable defects, each of which prevents correct use, the consumer has the right to exchange the product or obtain a refund. The same right applies even if the same defect, repaired at least twice, recurs a third time during the warranty period.
- The complaint is considered to have been settled: if the complaint procedure is terminated by the return of the repaired product, the exchange of the product, the return of the purchase price of the product, the payment of an appropriate discount on the price of the product, a written invitation to resume the service or its justified rejection.
* Complaints procedure :
In the event of a complaint, the following procedure must be followed:
- Send an e-mail to our e-mail address info@phonietceh.com, giving your surname, first name and telephone number (or login name), the name of the product, the invoice number and a description of the fault.
- Within 72 hours (working days), we will send you information on the next procedure and the address to which the reclaimed goods should be sent.
- Goods must be sent to the address specified by us with a description of the fault, a copy of the invoice or a confirmed warranty card. If the delivery address for the repaired product does not match the address on the invoice, the current address and telephone contact must be provide.
* Contractual penalty
The seller may grant the buyer a contractual penalty of €50 under the following conditions:
- If the buyer does not collect the shipment from the shipping company where COD payment was chosen.
- The seller will issue an invoice within 5 days with a fine of €50 for breach of the general conditions, which it will send by registered post to the buyer at the address given when the order was placed.
- In the event of non-payment of the contractual fine, the seller will transfer its claim to a third party who will recover the debt.
- At the same time, the buyer agrees to the publication of his/her personal details and to the publication of the amount due to the seller on the www.phonietech.com website.
- In the event of payment of the claim, the purchaser guarantees that the record of the claim against the purchaser will be deleted from the www.phonietech.com website as soon as possible.
- By sending a COD order, the buyer accepts our general terms and conditions and a contractual fine of €50 in the event of not receiving the COD shipment.

Art. XII. Final provisions

All disputes arising from failure to comply with these terms and conditions shall be governed by Slovak legal regulations, in particular the relevant provisions of the Commercial Code or the Civil Code.
